We offer individual one-on-one sessions and small-group workshops, guided by our Speech and Language Team, to support speech, language, and social communication development. At JLC Speech Therapy, we build communication through community, connection, and collaboration, where clinical expertise and person-first care truly converge.
How we work with you
We are person-first and family-centered in our work with our clients to build their communication skills. Our ultimate goal for our clients is to develop meaningful communication that they can carry into daily life — at home, at school, and in their relationships. We offer services in a range of modalities to meet our clients' needs.
Individual Sessions
One-on-one work with a licensed SLP to address personalized goals in the areas of speech, language, and/or social communication.
Group Workshops
Group workshops are for the purpose of carry-over and generalization of speech, language, and/or social communication skills. Formats are project and theme-based lessons guided by a licensed SLP. These sessions are engaging and motivating as peer modeling and naturalistic opportunities are provided to learn and practice their skills.
Teletherapy
We provide speech, language, and social communication services and assessments via Zoom across California.
Family Coaching
Do you have questions for an SLP about your IEP? Do you feel overwhelmed about where to start and how to help your child at home and in the community? Do you have questions about which services child might have access to at school and in the community? We are here to help! We also offer complimentary monthly workshops or caregivers-with limited availability.
Seasonal Programs
Small-group, theme-based sessions where clients practice communication skills alongside new friends during school breaks — summer, winter, and spring. We also offer one-day drop-in sessions for Parents' Night Out (or In). Want to be the first to know when registration opens? Join our email list.
